Finally. Finally!
It's only taken me weeks of half-hearted searching, but I've purchased a copy of Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred (off eBay) this afternoon. Hopefully it will be here in a week!
And that isn't the only start my throwing some much needed exercisemy way - Monday night beginners yoga starts next week for me. I'm a bit excited about it - I'm going to view it not only as a set time to do something physical to start the week, but also has a couple of hours of "me time", which I am so very desperate for at the moment.
I love multitasking ;)
